Multiple runs without tooling costs are no problem for the Signs By Benchmark team. Their manufacturing process easily allows the simultaneous production of unlimited duplicates of a sign design.

To ensure quality control, Signs By Benchmark molds its cellular plastic (EPS expanded polystyrene) medium in-house. CNC machines are then used to concurrently cut multiple components that are assembled and sealed into a solid unit with Signs By Benchmark's signature hard coat. 

Because the signs are lightweight, the burden of multiple installations is greatly eased. Due to Signs By Benchmarks' finishing techniques, the signs remain stable and durable while resisting extreme weather conditions.
