On November 20, 2009, Benchmark Foam opened the doors of its new 64,000-square-foot Watertown S.D. plant to a steady stream of guests. Chamber of Commerce dignitaries and Benchmark Foam President Tom Devine officiated at a ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked the return of the entire Benchmark team to one facility after nearly a year in temporary quarters.
Customers, friends, neighbors and invited guests were treated to personal tours of the building that houses offices and all production processes:
