In response to various shutdowns across the United States, Benchmark Foam, Inc. would like to reassure our valued stakeholders that it is currently exempt from non-essential business closures as identified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security. Our South Dakota operation is not currently under a “shelter in place” order and working normal business hours while monitoring updates from local and national officials.

At Benchmark Foam, Inc., the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers is always a top priority. We are actively monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and taking steps to help keep our employees, customers and community safe during this time.

First and foremost, we are open for business. Our team is currently working normal business hours while taking precautions to ensure a clean and healthy workplace for one another. We are accepting orders and honoring our On Time Guarantee. We will continue to work with our vendors to maintain a working supply chain during this trying time. As of today, we do not have any foreseen interruptions with the procurement of materials.  

In an effort to respect the health of all at your company, our sales team members are not going to visit unless previously scheduled and approved. If you would like to see your sales representative, please let them know and they will be happy to schedule a visit as soon as it is safe for everyone involved. In the mean time we will stay abreast of your needs via phone, email, etc.

If there are further developments, updated restrictions, supply chain interruptions, or a forced work stoppage that impacts our business, we will be in contact with you to communicate the impacts on order fulfillment and/or changes in delivery.
