In July 2009, Benchmark Foam President Tom Devine stated, “Seven months ago, I told customers, employees and friends in the community that we would be in our new building by August 2009. For the most part, it’s true. Our production crew is planning to move into our new building in August. It’s a day our whole team has been looking forward to – our crew being under one roof again. However, our office staff will remain in our temporary location until the new corporate office is finished…” 

Scheduled for occupancy during the week of October 26, the new corporate office awaits the rest of the Benchmark team.  It’s a day they have all been waiting for – a day that will mark the final stage of a nine-month journey for Benchmark Foam.

Located at 401 Pheasant Ridge Drive in Watertown, S.D., the 64,000-square-foot building will house offices and all production processes:
